This site allows you to view past, present, and future temperatures across the United States and global. If you haven't seen what temperatures are expected to look beginning in the year 2080, take a look. Global temperatures are predicted to rise tremendously.

Interactive VA map<<<<< This is an interactive map of coastal Virginia. This map allows you to key in a location to view sea level rise, flood impacts, and flood events. This map predicts and tracks future flood events.

Learning Resources<<<<< This link provides a variety of resources for all ages: educators, students, and children. There are brochures, learning resources, and games on this site to improve your knowledge on climate/weather.

Thunderstorms <<<<< If you are interested in thunderstorm, this site is for you. There is a variety of information about thunderstorm as well as attached links that provide information about flooding, tornadoes, lightening, hail, and damaging winds. I find these topics to be very interesting and think it's important to know the type of natural disasters that have the potential of occurring in your hometown.
